Scholarship Information for Classes

OSLP Arts & Culture Center will be accepting Scholarship Applications
Feb. 10th - Feb 24rd. Registration for Spring term will open on February 25th at 8am.
Any applications received after Feb. 24th will be placed on a waitlist.
Applicants must apply within this timeframe in order to be considered for a scholarship.
When awarding scholarships, we take into consideration:
• Financial need
• Consistency of attendance in previous classes
• Number of classes you’ve participated with in the past
*We give priority to new participants, but ask that if you are new, to only apply for one class in order to get a feel for our space.
Once you’ve submitted your online application, you will receive an email from the Studio Manager within 2 weeks, regarding your status.
Our scholarship fund is limited so we ask each person to please pay-what-you-can toward the classes requested. This allows us to stretch the funding to as many people as possible. If you have the ability to pay a portion of the class fee, your scholarship is more likely to be awarded. We will give each application careful consideration and do our best to work with you.
If you want to apply for a scholarship later than Nov. 19, you will be placed on a waitlist.
REGISTRATION with a scholarship award is a three-step process:
1. Apply for a scholarship. (application below)
2. Wait for an email regarding your application status. This may take 2 or more weeks.
3. If awarded a scholarship, register for classes using the discount code emailed to you.
