Mija Andrade

Arts & Culture Program Director

Mija grew up in California but has lived and worked in Eugene since 1995.  Mija worked for many years in graphic arts and attended the UC Santa Cruz graphic design and production program. She has been working with local non-profits since 2006 and has served as the executive director for MECCA and as Board President for both Eugene Springfield Art Project and Centro Latino Americano.  She's worked for OSLP since 2014. Mija loves to collaborate with city programs and other organizations to provide a wide array of creative opportunities for our community. She is also an artist and long-time member of the philanthropic women's art group the ArtChics. She truly enjoys being out and about in her community, listening to music, making art, dancing and playing with friends and family.
