This class will serve as an introduction to the art of mosaics in which participants will become familiar with tools and techniques of mosaics while developing skills to make their own pieces.

Come learn jewelry making basics! In this class we’ll cover making a different item each week using different types of materials: beads, metal, wood, and other natural materials. We’ll learn how to create pieces including necklaces, bracelets, earrings, rings, and more!
Moving to Heal

This is a seated movement class designed to explore what it’s like to move in ways that feel good…all while improving neuromuscular connection and coordination.
As we listen to fun and upbeat world music, we will focus on the joy of movement and tune in to what are bodies are offering us today. Dancing through life is a personal journey for all of us.
